Toddler Component 18 months - 2.9 Years
At this developmental stage toddlers are exploring the world around them we help enhance children's vocabulary to recognize different objects and the use of them. They're learning how to pronounce words at this age children still jabber constantly or says a single word to represent an entire thought. Toddlers are learning independence as they began to feed themselves, clean up after themselves and follow simple directions. Toddlers are enhancing their fine motor skills as they drink from a cup, holds large writing tools as they scribble on paper. They're mastering walking (without support), running, dancing, and having their independence. Toddler's are making strides each day in language development, cognitive development, social and emotional development, balance and coordination.
2.9 - 3 Years Old Preschool Class
At this developmental stage children are learning colors, shapes, numbers, alphabets and the other things around them as they begin potty training. By now children have mastered working with their fine motor skills as well as their gross motor skills, they now can pronounce over 1000 words, holds large writing tool, and running and jumping like never before. Children are beginning to recite in English and Spanish as they indulge in new skills. They're also learning other skills as taking turns, playing make believe, and kicking a ball. These are all considered developmental milestones. Toddlers will experience huge thinking, learning, social, and emotional changes that will help them to explore their new world, and make sense of it.
